"Transitioning into adulthood is hard, but the people in this office make it feel possible. I switched agents when I moved to Spartanburg and I have been happy ever since. The ladies there are nothing but lovely. My car was totaled in an accident and Leslie called me every so often just to check on me and offer to help in any way she could. She walked me through certain processes and answered all my questions. After I got my new car Allana was so helpful in getting the insurance switched over. I’m tempted to call them whenever I have a bad day just to have someone nice to chat with! Couldn’t recommend this office more!!"

"We’ve had them for 2+years... someone hit me and it was very hard to receive my money from them. 3of my cars caught on fire last week and they only wants to pay for 2!! Not only that, one of his reps that’s no longer there changed my insurance policy on one of my cars before leaving the business.. so they’re not wanting to pay for damages. Tom LITERALLY laughed at our situation on the phone and told me that’s my problem not there’s. I DO NOT RECOMMEND NO ONE TO THIS PLACE AT ALL..."
